My soon to be daughter-in-law, Tracie, surprised me tonight with a blueberry pie she made...just for me!!! I was taking a nap, due to a bad headache and my son came in and woke me up for this. She is the sweetest girl and I am so excited to have her as a daughter and the fact she can bake like this makes her even sweeter!
Look at those blueberries...and that crust was so flakey. I'm all about a good crust. I hope this inspires you to bake a pie or find someone sweet to do it for you!
